April Perry

April serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

• Ms. Perry joined Ubiety in 2019 and is the Company’s General Counsel.
• A seasoned attorney, April was previously Chief Deputy State’s Attorney and Chief Ethics Officer for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office (CCSAO), where she oversaw the work of more than 700 lawyers in both the civil and criminal divisions of the CCSAO.
• Prior to her time at the CCSAO, she worked for 12 years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where she was a supervisor in the Narcotics and Gangs section, and later supervised all of the civil rights, hate crimes and child exploitation work of the USAO.
